Originally employed mainly to address targeted problems, companies now invest in coaching more regularly and broadly where the ROI will be greatest—the support and development of their high-potential leaders and managers.

Crossroads is a pioneer in the field of executive coaching. Since 1985, we have coached thousands of professionals all over the world in a variety of industries (advertising, hospitality, aerospace, applied science, architecture, software development, finance, to name a few). We work with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and other individuals/teams, in clarifying visions, creating and executing strategies, and communicating/acting with power and effectiveness to exceed goals.

The focus of coaching engagements often includes: leading an organization to invent and execute a vision/strategy, managing a department/division to achieve its mandate, an individual succeeding in a new or existing role or finding a new role, achieving a promotion, developing a new skill or resolving a weakness, and having a team gel and achieve an unprecedented outcome.

The structure is always customized to individual and situational need, but typically engagements last 6 months to a year, and generally 4 – 6 hours per month. The executive coaching sessions are done in-person or via teleconference or phone. Although Crossroads is headquartered in L.A., we consult professionals all over the world.
